These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking of accommodation through my website https://inncadiz.es.

By making a reservation for a stay in our Luxury Rentals, you fully and unreservedly accept each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions set out herein, without prejudice to the acceptance of any Special Conditions that may apply when purchasing certain products/services.

All notifications and communications between users and innCádiz shall be considered effective for all purposes when made through any of the means detailed above.

3. SERVICES

Once on the website, in order to book Luxury Rentals, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the BOOKING process. This implies reading and accepting all the General and Specific Conditions established on https://inncadiz.es

4. AVAILABILITY

innCádiz aims to guarantee the availability of the apartments/villas selected for booking on the dates requested through the website.

However, once the booking process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. This may be modified if an error is detected or if you change your mind (provided the booking conditions allow it).

5. BOOKING AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS

Users may access the apartments/villas available for booking by entering the desired check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests (adults and/or children as requested in the form).

Please note that if you forget or omit any required information, the search results may be incorrect. innCádiz shall not be responsible in any way for errors made by the applicant due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Click “SEARCH”.

Available apartments/villas will appear according to the information entered. You may view images, a detailed description of the property, and the amenities included.

Once you choose your preferred property, you will have two pricing options:

“NON-REFUNDABLE RATE”

“REFUNDABLE RATE”

Click “BOOK” on your chosen rate.

Review that the booking matches your selected criteria. Some properties may offer optional extras (with a supplement), such as bringing a pet.

If you require anything not listed, include it in the “Leave a comment” section so we can check availability before contacting you.

Click “COMPLETE MY BOOKING”.

Review the information again, confirm your contact details, and carefully read the Terms and Conditions (which govern your booking), as well as our Data Protection Policy.

Enter your credit card details for booking confirmation (Cardholder name, full card number, expiry date, and security code).

Click “Confirm”.

The countdown begins for a stay we hope will be unforgettable.

6. PRICES, FEES, AND TAXES

Prices shown on our website are guaranteed at the time of booking and acceptance.

Prices include all applicable taxes required by law at the time of publication. Any variation in applicable taxes, tax bases, or rates will result in the corresponding adjustment to the final service price at the time the service is provided.

The user shall be solely responsible if the service is used defectively, partially, incorrectly, or if someone acts on their behalf using their access credentials.

The minimum age to make a booking is 18 years old.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

Reservations must be paid by credit card through this website.

A security deposit will be requested via a credit card hold for possible damages on the day of check-in and will be released 7 days after check-out.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable regulations, the consumer shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract, as this booking falls under the exceptions established in sections c) and l) of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations may be canceled or modified up to 5 days before arrival at no cost (except during Cádiz Carnival, Holy Week, and Seville Fair, when 15 days’ notice is required).

For Villas, cancellation or modification must be made at least 30 days in advance.

You will be charged 100% of the total stay if you cancel later than the deadlines stated above or in case of no-show.

In case of early departure, NO refund will be issued for unused days.

10. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

To submit any complaint to innCádiz, customers must contact the Customer Service Department using the official complaint form available via the “Complaint Form” link.

In accordance with EU Online Dispute Resolution for consumer matters and pursuant to Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at:

11. RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS AND STAYS

Please inform us of your approximate arrival time so we can prepare everything for your welcome.

Pets are NOT accepted in some accommodations. Please ensure you book the appropriate property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

Official check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards. Depending on availability, earlier check-in may be possible.

If, after confirming your approximate arrival time, there are delays without at least 2 hours’ prior notice, a supplement of €15 per hour of delay will be charged.

For check-in after 8:00 PM, confirmation of arrival time is required and there will be an additional charge of €30. Check-in after 11:59 PM will not be possible.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM by default. Subject to availability, it may be extended for €10 per additional hour.

If we must travel to the accommodation for reasons not attributable to the property, there will be an additional charge of €30.

Upon arrival, ID cards or passports will be required for all guests over 16 years old. Please have them ready.

IMPORTANT: IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO EXCEED THE NUMBER OF GUESTS INDICATED IN YOUR RESERVATION. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY, REGARDLESS OF THE TIME, AND THE TOTAL LOSS OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Parties or events are not permitted.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed in any accommodation. Please ask our agent for designated smoking areas.

Upon departure, please ensure that air conditioning or heating is turned off.

Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors.

12. LIABILITY

Before check-in and access to the apartment/villa, the guest is required to carry out a visual inspection of the property with innCádiz and ensure that the check-in representative records any relevant observations regarding the property, services, furnishings, appliances, internet connection, or parking (if applicable), confirming they are in proper condition.

If any damage occurs to the property or its contents during the stay, innCádiz will charge the total amount of the damages to the credit card used for the reservation.

innCádiz also reserves the right to take legal action if deemed necessary for damages, loss of business, interest, or any other related claims.

13. JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish Law.

The parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals for the resolution of any disputes.
