Pets are NOT accepted in some accommodations. Please make sure to book the appropriate property. Guests are responsible for any damage or deterioration caused by their pet.

Official check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards. However, depending on apartment availability, it may be possible to check in earlier if needed.

Please inform us of your arrival time.

If, after confirming your approximate arrival time, there are delays without prior notice of at least 2 hours, a supplement of €15 per hour of delay will be charged.

For check-in after 8:00 PM, confirmation of your arrival time is required and there will be an additional charge of €30, or we will provide instructions for key collection. Check-in after 11:59 PM will not be possible.

Check-out time is by default at 11:00 AM. Depending on availability, it may be possible to extend your stay for an additional €10 per hour.

If we have to travel to the accommodation for reasons not attributable to the property, there will be an additional charge of €30.

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO EXCEED THE NUMBER OF GUESTS INDICATED IN YOUR RESERVATION. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY, REGARDLESS OF THE TIME, AND THE TOTAL LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Parties or events are not allowed.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any accommodation. If you wish to do so, please ask our agent for the designated smoking area.

Upon departure, please make sure to turn off the air conditioning or heating.

Payment Details

Reservation payments must be made by credit card or PayPal through this website.

A security deposit will be requested via a credit card hold for possible damages on the day of check-in and will be released 7 days after check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not allowed.

In case of early departure for reasons not attributable to the property, NO refund will be issued for unused days.
